Mike Hughes is a versatile instrumentalist specializing in vibraphone and percussion. He is a regular sideman for many of the best jazz players in the north west and UK and counts amongst his collaborators sax supremos Liam Byrne, Frank Griffith, Phil Shotton, Ged Barry and Alex Clarke, together with Eleanor Kelly (guitar), Cliff Ray (trumpet) and Duncan Winsfield (trombone).

Mike plays regularly as part of the House Band at the internationally renowned Tallulah’s Emporium alongside Alan Jeffs (guitar) and Tim Pike (bass).
